Agreed. I just wanted to mention that server lag exists and this is what can get you killed by a warping-mob even when your ping is good - because in this case it's the server which lags, not your connection.

I shall mention, on the other hand, that this game is perfectly playable even with a ping of 300+ as this is an MMORPG, not an MMOFPS. ^^ It's even playable on a 56K connexion, from what I've heard (I know it's not necessarily related to ping but still).
