No. There are different respawn locations, and teleportation tickets. You have to buy the tickets and can use them to teleport back to that location. One use for each ticket purchased. Its my #1 money sink after a one-time Guild hall.

There is a definite lack of inter-civilization communication. Most of the time it seems like there is 16 servers instead of 4 because of this.
-Are there invisibility spells?
Nope.
-Can you make camps in the wild, or caravans (wagons that can hold people, like older fashion motor homes)
again no
-Can you go underwater?
No. But there is reason to suspect that this is intended to happen eventually. Obivously not a first priority for this just released game.
-Is everything truly not static, even the birds that I saw in a screenshot?
Truly not static, for most things at least. Mob locations change, they have tendencies but they're not static. Bandit camps do seem to be static, but they're the exception to the rule. Though there does seem to be a general balance of predator prey relationships.

When you kill off the predators in an area (i.e. Ragus) the respawn always seems to be new predators (i.e. Javings). Even these spawn camps are subject to change with each season however.

Thanks for the info. i have two more question that i forgot to add and that's it.

-Is there freewill? to where you can do what you want when u want and go wherever you want without having to do the main quest?

-How big is the Ryzom world, try to compare with our world.

-Is there freewill?
Your actions aren't limited by quests. However they are limited by skill. In otherwords you aren't going to be able to run through a field of high level monsters at a low level without a high chance of dieing. You can however go anywhere you want provided you are good at sneaking at low levels.

-How big is the Ryzom world, try to compare with our world.
I can tell you that Ryzom is no where as near as big as the real world. The first MMO that accomplishes that will be something to behold. Currently only Eve has the biggest area in an MMO, and well to be honest it's boring.

So how big is it. I only know of 2 areas I have been to. I play a Zorai and they are in the Jungle area. If I were able to run across the entire land it non-stop with no problems it would take me about an hour. BUT! There are so many dangerious animals and tribes in the way, that is almost impossible. Not to mention that with the seasons changing the landscape you might be in the same place twice but it not look the same. For example in summer there would be lots of high vegitation and winter it would be pretty open and snow covered. I've been playing since the start and I still have yet to reach every area of the Zorai lands.

The other part is the Prime Roots. It doesn't look that big but again it's so dangerious that I gave up on trying to explore it.

Please keep in mind, this is only personal opinion, but I definitely think this game is worth buying!

For starters, it has a skill system that is more advanced and far more flexible than any I have seen. There are no classes, but, do you want to be a pure caster? You can do that. Healer? You can do that too! Fighter? No problem, and that includes ranged or melee, with a dozen specializations in each. Wanna be a harvester? Sure, go for it, samce with crafter. AND, if you want to combine skills in any proportion, you are perfectly free to do so! Whatever kind of character you want, it is within your reach, even if you change your mind somewhere down the road.

The support for this game is awesome! I don't know what other games you have played, but the support in this game is beter, I can just about guarantee it!

And the community in this game is very pleasant and mature. People are helpful and friendly. But sorry, if you are a l33t dood you'll be be lonely here, this is the first game I've played where I haven't run into the l33t crowd yet.

As far as gameplay, this game has loads to offer, as well as the best support and best community I've seen in an MMORPG game to date.

So, my opinion is simply that you should run (not walk) to your nearest game retailer and pick up a copy of Saga of Ryzom! <grins>

Miy

P.S. I am not in any way associated with Nevrax or any of its associates, I just like this game and find day by day just how good it really is.

The question is, what are you looking for?

As for the question of if it's worth buying, yes. Since I have bought the game everytime I have logged on I have spent hours playing it.
