
The customer support representatives (CSRs) you may encounter on the servers are divided in Guides and Gamemasters, so I don't dare to say there are always GMs online on every server, but usually you will be able to contact a CSR. Especially during prime time. I really appreciate to discuss bug tickets I wrote within of 5-10 minutes after sending it in game.
The only hacks I currently remeber are a few isolated incidents of botting that was dealt with.
The only thing you should know is, that the gameplay in the starter isle is rather quest driven, while the gameplay on the main land isn't (atleast at the moment)
