Hi. Im also in a bit trouble upgraiting my account. I payed by bank transfere. It said it was sent and my mony was gone but

Account creation date April 8 2007

it seems we all have something in common... I too have a creation date of 8th April, have paid the subscription, and this has already been taken from my account but my profile says I'm on the free trial and my character is missing :mad: :mad:

Payments by bank transfer always take several days. Don't cancel the current pending payment and wait. Within about 4 days the transfer should be done and your account will be upgraded in the same time.

If this is still an issue, please send an email to the Billing Department at billing-ee@ryzom.com. Please include your account name, and describe your problem in detail. They will then be able to better assist you with your payment problems.
