it seems we all have something in common... I too have a creation date of 8th April, have paid the subscription, and this has already been taken from my account but my profile says I'm on the free trial and my character is missing

Payments by bank transfer always take several days. Don't cancel the current pending payment and wait. Within about 4 days the transfer should be done and your account will be upgraded in the same time.01072007 wrote:Dont know what to do. Can u help??
