How I got here, wow that was a long time ago.
Well it all started when I was searching through FilePlanet and saw an image of a strange woman in a white suit; aka Jena. So I thought I'd look it up and a found the oddest name I've seen for a game "Ryzom". Tho I'm not sure I fully remember what it said but I think it went something like this.
Welcome to the world of Ryzom where you are a being known as a Homin on a living green planet called Atys. Since the begining of life on Atys four Races have been living and studying Atys, while many fought for control. These races are Matis a race of tall homins who understand plants and use them in their daily lives.
The Fryos a race of mightly warroirs who live in a desert, living here has allowed them to master the force of Fire and since life is feirce here they are masters of Fighting.
The Zorai are a race of dark skinned people who wear mask that cover their face. They are masters of the mystic arts and thats all I remember.
Tryker's were introduced let because it was still in beta. So I thought I'd sign up, then I fell in love. I played a male Matis, magic was very new and a craft system I've never seen before, harvest as well. I couldn't get very far because I was a royal noob i fought yubo and others like that for ages. Those hounds blocked my path I could never get through them without a team. So I ended up buying the best armor high quality and white and heavy with a pike from a NPC no less. We fought these huge and mean HUGE creatures that I know think were Arma.
Sadly before I knew it the beta closed to the public and I knew nothing about game designing back then so I left but kept my eye on the website for news. Then I came back and Beta was open again to finish fixing it so Tryker's were avilable too WOOOT. I lost my Tryker when Ryzom went public up I was only lvl 13 tho =p
So here I am a deeply involved player known as Windra The Wind Guardain and keeper of The Lost Tale. It will take alot more then people fight about OP stuff and PvP junk to get me to leave, I'm here to stay
