The Guild of Elias sounds interesting. Are they an NPC guild or are players able to join this guild secretly?

I take it “Neutrals” are seen as outsiders and consider Trytonist.

Not exactly. On Arispotle at least, very few have been Trytonist.

Neutrality is extremely diverse, as it is simply a container for everyone who isn't Kamist or Karavaneer, and even some who are to varying degrees (due to being unable to join a neutral guild if you've joined a faction in the game mechanics).

By the summary of Jyudas, it appears that the guild of Elias is ineffective in influencing the current storyline, which brings me to my next question.

After Tryton went into the Roots, their presence did kind of evaporate. There was an indication that a lot of them died down there, which can be found with some digging in "The Saga" forum, if I remember correctly.

Could it be that Tryton is the one searching for the Ryzom? If in fact the Ryzom (rhizome) is some kind of root, then he would be looking for the seed, the heart of Atys. Are you telling me that the Ryzom is the heart of Atys?

Maybe, maybe not...it isn't known.

I could go on forever if you let me. The story of Ryzom is a great mystery and I’m obviously enthralled by it. The more I read the more I want to know.

When Atys comes back, we must definitely introduce Trytonists as a playable faction. Looking forward to kicking the hell from Kami AND Karavan. That might actually force them to cooperate with each other (a funny idea).
