Really this game is so much younger than most, even SWG which blew donkeys when it came out. Most MMORPs DO have bugs and issues when they come out. In fact these days most software does, period. This game, I submit a ticket and they ACTUALLY RESPOND. And in a timely fasion too. Sure, it may take a few hours or days to program a new patch from scratch to fix a few bugs added by the last patch, but you can't just snap your fingers where those things are concerned.
Wow! You're a dev or know one since you have such inside information! Cool, what else can you tell us? Like, I mean, maybe you could let us know what their solvency is like after losing half the player base in patch 1?
Wow, are YOU a dev? Cause really, I'd like to know where you got that 1/2 the player base left in patch 1. Sure, some people left during the WoW beta, but when you consider the huge amount of people that were only on two week trial accounts at that point, it's not surprising that your friends left you.
I've been noticing MORE people than ever in Fyros. And I too have been here since FB. Matisland is the only really busy spot in comparison to the others, because so many kiddies out there want to look like they just stepped out of lord of the rings. Take a deep breath now, be a little objective and think about what goes into making a game like this, promoting it, tuning it, dealing with *****y customers who want you to hand them everything on a silver platter, then going home at night only to wake up the next day and do it all again.
This is their baby, and they want it to work. They are up day and night trying to fix this thing, it's not about how many subscribers they can screw you know. That doesn't make anyone happy or rich, so I wouldn't ***** at them like they were ignoring issues or customers. Every ticket I send I get an almost immediate response, except during times when morons all send tickets simultaneously for an obviously game wide bug. Things are getting done, and there are more lands to consider than your homeland or the Prime Roots areas. The PR bugs really are not as important as fixing peoples homelands first so noobs can get started properly and enjoy the gameplay content that's being added.
YES we should expect, as paying customers, that features promised will be delivered, and Yes we should list bugs and petition to get things changed, I'm just saying... don't be too pissed when PR forage goes down for like a day or so.
