LOL if you level seriously for a month then you will have no problem walking all over the place, even by yourself....im not kidding....or get some friends and kill everything in your path.....ive been in many groups where the goal was simply to get n00bs to other civs so they could get tickets and warp around.....talk on region chat and im sure someone will take you
additionally...to click on the altars walk up to them, look up at the big blue ball and press ctrl+space, the function you use to select nearest friend
this shoudl let you select the altar and you can buy a ticket
furthermore....if an item specifies Lake then it can be used for tryker items only, desrt for fyros and so on. This happens for all foraged and monster mats of choice and higher, but in prime roots there is no specification so you can use those mats anywhere. basically if the mat has a colored background then its civilization specific
We have a ticket transport system?
Re: We have a ticket transport system?
KK - doing this from memory .... In Pyr, near the eastern gate is a Kami with a whirling appliance ... no, wait... a whirling symbol. As a Tryker, I had to look up (use page up key) and then control button + spacebar to target it and then opposite click the mouse to bring up a little box that says something about "Buy Teleport". You click that and a trade window opens; click the ticket (it looks like a white planet with an encircling arrow) and click "buy". You've bought yourself a ticket.bizango wrote:I've been trying to figure out this teleportation ticket thing by trial-and-error (always error) but have not yet been able to a) know where one of these altars is and at the same time b) know how to activate a ticket purchase. Would someone please describe an altar in/near Pyr so I know I'm clicking the right thing? Would someone please describe the actual clicking sequence to make a ticket purchase?
Look in your bag for it and click or opposite click it (forget which) and there's a menu not unlike what you see when you opposite click on your armor for "info" to check your remaining hp. Click "use transport". Wait a sec or two and then you'll get the splash screen when you teleport.
Mousing over the ticket brings up the name of where each ticket is for ... I have a ticket for Pyr and one for Thesos and they look exactly alike.

svayvti wrote:I read it just fine. If he is a Matis crafter, he can't use desert mats period. End of story. Choice and higher they're for Fyros crafting plans only.
I ended up selling most of my odds and end choice Matis mats recently to a vendor, because it just wasn't realistic for me to make the trip into Matis lands (and I needed the dapper for more teleport tickets).
His point was that a fyros can wander to matis land, forage fyros desert mats and get desert forage xp.
So your point about going to a foreign land and not being able to raise your own land's forage is not entirely true. However like the above posters said, the areas for these cross race forage areas are usually too well guarded by monsters to make the whole ordeal pointless.

Thanks, danadita. The trick was in knowing it isn't some three finger ritual with the keyboard.
I'd tried a few things with that big symbol to no effect, finally decided it was just as useful as a revolving Motel 6 sign. Now I know better.
