Now, if your SH's were at 45 seconds-1 minute timers, would it not be sense, to use one, then maybe try running around the person for a little, then keep fighting, trying to keep on top of your heals?
Which would allow the use of higher bleeds, slow dmg, and make them more important since it would be a way to get them to loose health even when trying to avoid your hits?
I use SH as lifesavers, not crutches, and have friends that can heal me so I dont need to go-it-alone. Actually I spend most time as the healer, myself.
If you solo... edit your actions to be economical.. you cannot go all out full strength attack and expect to keep going full rate all the time. And pick things you can beat. How elementary is that ?
back before Patch 1.. I soloed a Scowling Gingo and the fight lasted long enough for my self heal to recycle.. its something I remember with fondness but dont feel the need to repeat
if you want to make the game more solo-friendly, how about simply changing the sit regen-multiplier from x2 to x3 ? this would not affect PvP combat balance anything like this blatant attempt to degrades healers importance in battle.
