i concur stijn. fully.

Healing is fine as is. Nuking is fine as is. so's (most of) melee. (imo)

just have "best of 5" duels... or best of 11 :) and then that 1 single shot of self heal really does need timing right :)

Quite frankly though things are NOT okay how they are, If lowering SH is not the option then add easily accesible consumables that will raise stat regeneration while on eis sitting, I am sick of downtime and that needs to be addressed IMHO, and quite frankly anyone who disagrees with me is not in the slightest bit concerned about soloing anything. Or is already 250 in a skill and does not want to make it any easier for other to catch up.

A. You don't know that, you are just trying ot make a broad generalization to support an opinion that is weak on facts.

B. Even if it were true (which is isn't) so what? Solo play is not one of the widely touted featers of SoR. It can be done to a point. After that, either get used to leveling slow or make some friends.

I say we change the self-heal abilities so they are only available in the healing magic line. That would make much more sense, really, and quite frankly, anyone who disagrees with me is not the slightest bit concerned about not killing baby kittens.

Yeah, because God knows my suggestion for consumables that up regen while sitting is just completely unreasonable, and lacking fact based opinoin...../sarcasm off It is a facts that it takes a pretty long time to regen after a solo fight, weather you like this mechanic is up to you, but the FACTS remain

i solo things. quite abit. i've seen a fair few others solo aswell (quite often too).

and i dont have any 250 skill, neither do i wish to halt anyone elses progress.

Consumables that work only while sitting and fill you to full base stats in 30s (for example) would be good. "herbs" ~ avaliable from tribes only :)

*edit* and as i was posting this a pointless argument broke out... please cease flaming. please.

Surely your way to say it is bad, but is a good point.

It couldn't be bad something for accelerate the downtimes for soloing grind melee, but isn't in the top of my list, there are ways to make solo melee grinding faster, at least at mediums levels. The game gives a lot of options, you only have to find the ways. For me level harvest 50 lvls from melee, and use MA 50 points greater than the best HA I could use is good enough to grind melee fast, with few HP downtimes and, what's much better, with less Sta downtimes (Advantages of the MA).

Mmm... I've think better, is near the bottom of my list. I don't think that make the game *so* easy in so many points could do any good... but I think that a good economy revamp could be very good.

Ahhh now there my friend is some intelligent conversation! What you suggest would be excelent and make good use of the Tribal fame! And still give an option to soloers to help things along.

Hrrm....yup..yup I see right there...right where I said it was unreasonable...uh huh...and I see the pink bunnies hopping around the forum...and those floating cartoon bears you were talking about...yup....

It is now a fact that 370 seconds is a "pretty long time". This needs to be entered into The Official Register of Counts and Balances.

We must also record that "The time it takes for it to stop raining in the PR" is now a "very long time", and the time it takes for Lixie to repop is now "f***ing forever".

Those are now the facts, and they can not be argued.

Self Heal is fine how it is. Changing it would unbalance the game.

A consumable items skill line that could create healing potions might be fun, but we have seen how quickly development has happened so far; so we can probably expect new skill lines sometime in the year 2043.
