Your feedback loop theory is proven false by two situations we have seen. First, the Kamists started with 14 outposts, Karavan with 11, and Neutrals with 3. So if your feedback loop actually worked, the Kamists should have grown stronger and come to dominate the server. Second, recently the Kamist side (including various allies) was growing stronger. Clearly, more new homins were joining the underdog faction and also some homins have been changing sides. The last two declarations in the Void (Apostles and RotS) were very closely matched. The Apostles came within a hair of winning a Zo-kian. I say that from personal experience - the defending teams fighting the npcs were extremely close to being wiped out at threshold 8 or 9. (That battle was one of the best ever.
) Hence, I believe that the Kamist side would have started winning outposts soon. Of course, with the opening of Cho, all bets are off.
