Nope, there will be "Ring-Terminals" in the Capital Citys. In these you´ll see a List of all currently running scenraios, that their creator opened to the public and you may then choose from them.

Just DL the Manual and read for yourself, sexey Man ;) :D

Did they change that or am I having another brain storm? I thought I read somewhere that the player creating the scenario would INVITE other players to take part...
