No, they mean send them a private message through the forum (click the "Private Messages" link in the upper right corner of this screen) telling them when you will be online. You can alsoclick on the person's name or avatar at the left of their Forum post to send them a private message (if they have them enabled). You might also want to enable your private messages while you're at it so they (or others) can send you a private message.

I'm not online all that much, but usually between 8am-12 GMT +1 (on weekdays) and 10pm-12 GMT +1 (almost every day). If you can't get on at any of these times, I'll have to ask someone from my guild to get in touch with you.
