before the patch, some TP altars didnt work, after the patch, all tp altars work, just not for every person.
The ones available to neutrals seem randomly distributed (only a paranoid would claim they were given the worst ones - and back it up with documented proof and statistical analysis - you can prove anything if you use enough facts )

ta for the info, will look into the suggestions to try, looks mostly like i will have to try and do some missions, tho that really is gonna kill my entertainment, but guess it has to be done. Will take absolutely ages to do tho :/

I like to dig the odd times in PR so getting there while being neutral is gonna be a pain in the arse by the sounds of it.

I would personally prefere to hunt kami and karavan, im that type of player so neutral would work for me, but i dont like the fact that i would have to choose one or the other just to be able to go somewhere decent faster.

Personally think they should add more neutral tp's that can use some other sort of fame gathered from missions from neutral camps etc. PR and 250 areas included.

Anyway enough moaning will get cracking with missions n what not.

I'm actually used to walk from Nexus to my prime root digging grounds, now.
Ofcourse I need 10 minutes to reach the spots I want to dig, but at the moment I have a good selection of altars I can by TPs at, so that balances it very well.

ayeee.... almost seems like its content rejigging...the whole build the alter thingy is a ruese to enable powergrinding fame requirements...:S...and while homins who cared not a jot for fame now love it just to get the tps...just a random outburst...

Actually there's at least two PR regions which are easily accessed from other teleports which are available to neutrals.
