First it took me 3 weeks to fill up my 2 mekloubs with a ton of choice mats. There is also alot of equipment I have made stored on them.
Second, I consider corrupting the possession of players unintentionally a fatal error. Especially since it occured in ALL the shards and affected multiple players.
Third, I happen to have 10 years of database experience and know just how easily I can change customer records without affecting anyone else. If you did not know that perhaps you should reconsider your definition of idiot.
I admit I was upset, but I do not want to resort to name calling so please drop it.
Update> They fixed my problem. THANK YOU GUYS!
This is the best customer support I have ever dealt with.

The fact that you have 10 years of database "experience", is obviously not enough to have tought you that having the server permissions to make a change, does not mean that a change can be made without someone making a decision about if it's justified or not. You lost your crap last night, they told you to wait 24 hours while they decide what to do, you had it back this morning... but you want to whine and complain about how they werent giving you up to the minute progress reports on "it's waiting for someone to decide what to do" or "it's waiting for someone with the ability to fix it to fix it". It is a good thing that GM's can't modify the player database without oversight, I'd rather them not have the ability to play favorites on that level.
but hey... you are obviously right... How dare a GM tell you that they were sorry about what happened and ask you to wait 24 hours while they notify the folks who might be able to fix it, and then fix it for you in less than 24 hours... The nerve!
