People Quitting Trykers and game everyday

Post by radshak »

Why are threads I can post in that I agree with being locked?

Gm's dont to a DAMN thing about any DAMN problem in Tryker land.

Im very upset with the way Nevrax has handled the game since launch.

Roll backs

Unplayable Lag ( especially in Tryker land ask the Zorai who have visited)

Bugs that destroyed about 10 peoples packhorses with everything inside and the Gm's basically saying we dont give a crap. What the hell? you play the game for 2 weeks everything you have is in that packhorse, and sorry we dont give a crap is the best response you can get?

No Tryker mats in Dewdrops or Resting Waters, how can you release this pos game like this?

Not one gm event in Tryker mainland even though one was scheduled and they never showed up nor did they tell us it was cancelled.

you can do a /who in dewdrops/liberty and resting waters at primetime and get maybe 50 people to show up.

People are quitting this game and for good reason... you guys say we are fixing these things, lmfao yeah what are you fixing? making people quit the game, that sounds like the only fix your fixing.

Do yourself a favor take this pos game back to the store and tell them that its broken, its what Im doing, the game is definately broken.

Normally I only use l33t and n00b as irony. But here it is the only response I have.

D3wd, WTF?!!1!1!!1one!111thirtythreethousandandseventyone

Yeah, there are problems. And yeah, a couple of them are very big issues. But have you noticed how there's been next to zero lag on Tryker lands the last couple of days. I call that a fix. The invisible walls are a very annoying issue. But we put up with it, because this game has so many innovations, and so much promise, that some teething problems within a month after release are understandable and, dare I say it, excusable.

... Excusable?
Your obviously not a Tryker harvester. cuz of the lack of materials Tryker are becoming the NEWBS of Ryzom for behind so left behind.

I dont think its fair and secondly fairness prime over anything other problem. I like to play alot and now i found out all the other races have a HUGEEEE advantage over me and getting BIG head starts..

oh joy joy.. dont think so.. not excusable.
Should of been the first thing to be fixed, even before lag.

So going by your other post on the subject... let me see if I have this right here.

You are upset, that like the other races, you have to leave your little safe towncluster area to harvest mats >QL50.
You are upset that a GM would not go through and kill aggro mobs for you while you harvest/travel.
You are upset, that like the other continents, there are aggro mobs in the areas where >QL50 mats spawn.
You are upset that you could not "coerce a GM" into being your little pet GM. (I could have sworn that said bribe this morning)
You are upset that Trykers can go to another land by simply taking a portal instead of portaling and traveling through the roots<>angry nasty kitin<>another continent like the Zorai because it keeps you from harvesting in the roots...
You are upset about GM's not interfering with the game by giving you special attention and helping you by killing things or letting you bribe them.
You are upset about the acknowledged bug about some of the invisible walls in the tryker waterways.

right... glad that we got that cleared up

You obiviously don't understand our problems... We ARE leaving our safe little areas. The dangerous areas that supposed to have ql 100 and ql 150 are bugged and have NOTHING but mission mats. We are forced to go to places normally with 200+ mats...
That means mobs over 200 to dodge. You other races certainly don't have the same problem

I am upset because when the gms spawned the invaders for Matis saturday, they turned ALL the mekloub packers that were outside of their stables into NPC mobs! Then they told us that logging off would fix the problem. Well when we logged back on some were GONE!

So I am supposed to sit here and understand that I wasted 3 weeks of work for nothing?

The gm told me that the problem will be presented to the developers, but would not answer if my items and packers would be replaced.

They have rolled back the game for 2 hours for an exploit but they couldn't roll back the game for 30 mins to fix this fatal error?

Any idiot with knowledge in databases can fix this problem on an individual basis in under 10 mins.

They told me to wait 24 hours for the problem to resolve. Now NOBODY is answering me.

Heh...I think the devs fixed our problems about getting into the borderlands with the Lvl 200 mobs. They now have 4 nettled kipestra's that camp the port into Lagoons so that you can't even get past it to attempt harvesting. An interesting and unique approach to the problem; instead of having to hear about problems prospecting and harvesting items within the borderlands that we need in order to supply our tanks and casters with armor/weapons/amplifiers, the issue has been resolved by entirely prohibiting entrance into the boarderland. We now no longer have to waste our time looking for mob movement patterns during different times of day and weather...we get to die upon zoning in and avoid all that and quickly respawn at our choice of 4 lovely mainland cities...

And yeah, I'll take some swiss or extra sharp cheddar with this *grin*

-Javance-

*edit* just checked the port, and didn't notice the Kipestras there anymore! Thanks for the fix, very appreciated!

um... it took you three weeks to save up enough to buy a mektoub?...

the GM does not know if they will or not either.

fatal?... hardly... inconvienient? perhaps.

Any idiot with knowledge in databases can fix this problem on an individual basis in under 10 mins.

Anyone with a knowledge in databases knows that not anyone can modify values in a securely setup database and that it's a bad idea to allow someone to be issuing commands to it when they don't need to be... only an idiot would think that it should be an easy process to modify customer data and not need much in the way of checking how important it really is that it get changed.... of course... only an idiot would think that... Since I'm sure that you aren't an idiot, I'm not sure what your complaint is exactly about having to wait some time :halo:

You're always welcome to travel to other lands. Plenty of Q200 mats here.

UPDATE: OUR MEMBERS IN AEDEN AEQUOUS HAVE FOUND Q250 resource nodes up to excellent in the Tryker lands and they are quite easy to reach.

Don't waste your breath.

If people can't see the evidence that is slapping them in the face...then they are either willfully ignorant or truly blessed with impenetrable stupidity. There are many aspects of the game that are enjoyable...but then again, that may be due to the fact that this is a new experience. This game may have a lot of promise...but as of yet it is unrealized and it was released to early with very little content (especially for adventurers) and some serious game design flaws. Say what you will, but if the developers don't show up huge and do it soon, I am hard pressed to understand how they think they can keep their customers...other than rapid fans.

Cheers...
