When I began harvesting I had grand images of a map full of all the greatest material spots I have found. I discovered last night, much to my dismay, that User Landmarks are capped at 16. I don't know if we get 16 total landmarks or if it is 16 landmarks per Zone map.
I figured a workaround would be to mark the coordinates of my material nodes on a piece of paper but I was unable to find any way to view my current coordinates. Does anyone know if there is a way to call up your exact coordinates?
I have two suggestions for improving the map.
1. Add support for unlimited landmark points or add a skill that will give you the ability to add more landmark points with additional skill points that are spent.
2. Remove the highlight bubble that comes up around existing landmark points. Sometimes I would like to place a new landmark relatively close to an existing one. Currently I cannot do this because the existing point highlights when my cursor gets close to it.
I know it's not a priority by any means, and I don't expect it to be one. It's just a tad frustrating when I find a great new source for a material and I have to remove a landmark I set on another material in order to mark it. Hopefully someone can provide insight on getting exact coordinates and/or on whether the map landmark limit increases or resets when you move to another zone map.
Safe Travels!

Not in a very convenient way but this thread introduces a system that works quite well: http://ryzom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2097anicolai wrote: Does anyone know if there is a way to call up your exact coordinates?

US soldiers have used this particular method of locating a specific site for years, so, it must work It's called triangulation, for obvious reasons...

As the poster of the thread I recommended says in his 2nd sentence:

And belive me the U.S. soldiers did not invent it, when it was there where no U.S.: http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Snell.html

Very defensive ayne. The poster above did not say that US soldiers invented it. Just that they use it.
