Sound ON, always. I like to hear what kills be before it hit me the first time :)

Sound on. Eax on.
And almost I like it just the way it is , only missing option "Mute Kipee"

Shame :( I remember when my PC was a little less beefy than it is now taking ages to do the sound toggle, so I guess it's a fix that won't work for everyone now that I think of it.

There could e some more of sound, the sound that is there is really nice, but sometimes it seems so silent and some ingame ambience music would also be very nice ( tho turned off prolly after a while) but it could have more enviromental sounds :)

I have music on but effects off. I tend to play music in Winamp while playing. Also, it gets repetitive and annoying to hear some sounds, like the "HYAH!" sound my character makes while fighting.

so nobody of you uses the ingame MP3 player?

It lacks a repeat/loop option, which is the same reason I don't use RealPlayer. And I have a lot of WMAs, not just MP3s.
