pattern behind the disabled TPs is logical. I can't see any logical
reason why it's like this at all.
The TPs are disabled in all (aboveground) areas that have neutral spawns because... we are supposed to ask people to kill us in a duel if we want to go to those areas. I doubt it.
The TPs are disabled in all border areas because... all the races are currently at peace, the TPs will be activated once we are all at war and the border areas will be contested war zones. Makes perfect sense.
The TPs are disabled in all areas with prime roots entrances because... the kittin might attack those areas and thus they are not safe. That's exactly why the TPs in the prime roots themselves
are active.
If you can figure out the reason behind the disabled TPs, please enlighten me
