And she'll get back to us.

Thank you Jessica for responding, even when you don't have the answer (yet) :)

something that has come up quite often recently in the german community is the question about the addon with a new race, a new land, new skill trees and extension of such, think you can find out anything about that? =)

As for 'undocumented features', such as ticket bulk:

Yeah, we blew it on that one, so please accept my apologies. All I can say is that our goal is to have no undocumented features or changes in the game; either you know about a change like this before a patch or we don't do it.

We're going to talk about this internally and put some safeguards in place to lessen the risk of it happening. I can't guarantee that someone won't forget to document a change in the future; I can guarantee that we'll do everything we can to prevent it.

in the answer you say that you dont intentionally add undisclosed changes.... ive played this game since release and so far every single patch weve had has had undisclosed changes that is a big promise to make that no more will come, how can we take your word for it? =/

I didn't say you wouldn't see more instances; I said that we would institute safeguards to lessen that risk and that our goal from now on is for this NOT to happen.

That means we will spend more time talking to the team about what is being put in a patch and try to catch these things before they go live, so you can be told about them. If we err, it is because we are human. However, we're working to instill in the team the thought that anything that changes the way you would play the game needs to be revealed before it goes into a patch, so you can comment on it.

maybe im wrong but i think they hired her to start changing things for the good so basically you cant compare what happend in the past to what it will be since there has been a change in staff. (in this case)
Unless they brainwashed her :D

well if we had just 1 patch without undocumented changes itd be a 100% improvemnt ;)

also howcome the ticket bulk isnt being returned to 0 instead of this 0.2 were being told today? >.< surely you cant just decide to make harvesters work harder yet again if you look at the severe changes weve had since release youll understand why im getting bored with it all and getting ready to cancle my subscription

this isnt the game i bought in the shop thats for sure... even the box has a gun on the back that you cant buy the plans for =/ what happend to the burning bow rifle/pistol :( the spell animations arent even the same anymore healers lost there wings :(

so far the undocumented changes have really changed my opinion of SoR from beta till now im only hanging on for outposts and if they arent as impressive as they being made out to be then ill be off :)

[. . . .our goal is to have no undocumented features or changes in the game; either you know about a change like this before a patch or we don't do it..[/QUOTE]

This addresses the issue of lack of notification of a change that adversely affected significant numbers of your subscribers, but it does not address the many calls in the TP ticket thread for an explanation of the rationale behind adding bulk to TP tickets at all. You nerfed inventory, as for most of us not slots but bulk was the issue of concern, while announcing you were acting to address our concerns by improving our storage, and failure to explain why it was utterly essential to make the game less playable and enjoyable for a significant percentage of your subscribers only worsens this public relations debacle.

i agree bulk is the main issue here we dont have enough 300 mats in your bag isnt enough for 10 high q pikes giving us more slots may sound great but then adding to the tickets is where we lose out =/

As i remember it she said something along the lines of...

"Yup, we didnt do so great in not telling about hidden features of implemented patches. We will try to stop this happening in the future. We are aware that the game population is unhappy with a 0.5 ticket bulk and we are looking into it."

We were also told by an ingame MOTD "ticket bulk will be changed in the next patch".

We were never told it would be changed back to zero bulk, so its safe to assume ticket bulk is here to stay
