I think a lot of it is because of where the servers are; they're supposed to be moving it into North America soon.

Who's to say how many people have bought the game so far? My understanding is at least in the U.S. its been hard to find so....im not sure thats a valid thing to complain about.

Regardless the play was great for me like tue. to Thur. Then they changed something Friday night on that patch they did and its been laggy ever since at least for me.

I am not replying to the above un-informed post, but i would like to state, please clean up your infrastructure, and please, dont try to backup open files, IT JUST DOESNT WORK, take my word for it, we did production study, during our 72 hour microsoft and many many vendor engaged Service Restoration Team. Cost was above 30 million to have this effect our prod environment. Figure something else out. If its not open file backups causing this, well, please review your architecture, you have some serious disconnects. I am sure you have good folk working on it, your game is truely wonderfully done, and I want to continue playing it.

Who knows, could be a memory leak somewhere serverside, might not be hardware at all. Though the fact that the server isn't in NA doesn't help, but still even so it would still be lagging.

From where I am .. location has nothing to do with it. Trace routes do not lie ..much ..

Whatever the problem is, it is after the pipe going into wherever it is being hosted.

Hey folks....I am sitting in Europe playing on the NA server and have allready given up for the issues of lag/rubberband effect/connection loss - distance doesnt seem to have anything to do with ist ;)
