Outpost Officers...

Couldn't find them in Zora either. An explanation would definately be nice of what the current system is for a guild to go about outpost quests.

You won't find them in Zora or any city for that matter. You need to explore the lands and find the little camps (outposts) of the various subfactions. They are out there and they are labeled outpost officers.

Umm... hate to break it to you but those are the tribal outpost officers. Not the civilization officers.

Read my post earlier on the thread for that, I already explained how the system is supposed to work.

It was tested and DID work in beta, so I don't understand why they're not active.
