If you are having too much trouble with it, try typing:

/target "full mob name"

when you are in the correct zone. It really cheapens the experience, but if you are having trouble this will work around it.

Yeah, I used a download manager myself, which also helped to improve the download speed a bit.

FWIW, Ilyana is a somewhat common Russian name... I am inclined to think it shouldn't violate the TOS.
