There is a website maintenance currently underway. Things should be back to normal in an hour or so.

Alternatively, if you email billing-ee@ryzom.com, your account can be unsubscribed for you.

Yesterday's disruptions seem to have led to the temporary absence of the cancel button. This is now returned to duty.

After a patch the game ports can be reset.

Please could you check that your firewall is allowing the ports in this thread:

as error1 indicates that your access to the servers is being blocked.

Ok thanks for the reply, the Devs are investigating.

Could you just check your spam filters please? quite often these emails do end up in spam.

The French GMs are dealing with this for you.
