Error: can't connect (error code 1)

Until I installed the last patch everything worked properly, but now it gives me this error. The patch was given me within the ryzom playing launcher, so I beleive it is safe. It gave me this error before, but usually if I relaunched the program it would let me in. Now it will give me that error message over and over again. My character name in the game is Glaedir too, so if there is a problem with the char it will be easy to find it. If possible, answer to my
e-mail, that I have previously given you. Thank you for your time and help.

After a patch the game ports can be reset.

Please could you check that your firewall is allowing the ports in this thread:

as error1 indicates that your access to the servers is being blocked.
