Re: Break Time!
I thought this was pretty funny - Kali brought up in the Karavan forums that a few months ago, Keiko said: I am not participating in the attacks because it was requested that I not. I do not see why people feel Christmas and Christmas Eve suddenly are days that attacks shouldn't happen. Attacks ...

Re: Break Time!
guys, a few points to consider: OPs were made to be held by those that were strong enough to conquer them in the first place and then dedicate the time and power to keep them. Strength and power are one factor of course, but Ma-Duk and the Kami are perfectly happy to use deceit. Many of the homin ...

Re: Break Time!
Sorry, but this thread it about 'taking a break' not about when people declare on OPs, whine somewhere else. Of course Kami don't want to talk about OP attack times :P But you were the one that brought up conflicts with work, being tired, etc. There's a simple solution - negotiate attack and ...

Re: Break Time!
I'm glad you've been keeping records Riveit! Helps us counter the Kami lies.
But, to be fair, they're just emulating their god, Ma-Duk the Deceiver, so I guess we shouldn't blame them too much.

Re: Break Time!
For the record, I'd like to point out that this request for a break is all the more ironic considering: - Nexus launched almost daily attacks over the Christmas holidays - Nexus initiated the latest wave of Kami attacks with their successful conquest of Whirling. We Karavan are merely reacting to ...

On a more practical note, we're mostly adults, several couples and families, with a few exceptions, most of those being children in one of the member families.

Re: Is it me, or are these new servers EXTREMELY Lagtacular?!?
I had not noticed any issues until last night, when I got permanent Please Waits several times (ping box showed server state as FS Lost) and had to restart game. The interesting thing is I have an alt on a different account and computer, both computers behind a NAT (so one external IP), and while ...

Re: While you are restoring guildhall inventories ...
Just curious, but why should the CSRs recreate the old GH if it was the result of a HO doing it (not saying it was what happened, simply asking)? We wouldn't expect the GH to be restored if it was empty due to a valid player action, as opposed to, say, a bug in the ah command or other game bug, or ...

Re: Erm... distressing?
I'm as sad as anyone to see the CSRs go, but a game that looses money won't be around long. Along these lines, at the risk of being stoned, I'd like to point out that one factor in people perceiving the CSRs as being so great compared to other games is that (a) the game population is pretty low and ...

Re: Which computer component upgrade will enhance my SoR performance the most?
It was mentioned earlier in the thread that 1 gig of ram is only £40. I personally would not recommend buying "cheap" ram. I've been building pc's for 10 years now and cheap ram has proved to be the biggest cause of crashes and incompatibility. I've had a lot of cheap ram eventually go faulty too. ...
