Please wait....and then nothing!

Hello, I just instally Ryzom today and I'm running into a strange problem. About 7 or 8 minutes into playing a little box comes up that says "Please wait" and there is a little globe and a computer and an hourglass. I can't move and waiting for about 10 minutes does nothing. I assume this has something to do with my connection but I really don't know too much about computers so I'm not sure...Any help?

I don't know much either, but it does sound like a disconnect/hang type connection problem. The only time I've seen anything like that is when I've lost connection to the server.

what are the specs of your pc a low end pc will encounter please wait frequently.
