Loading.........

When I connect and choose my character it starts loading with the little pictures in the buttom. But when it gets to the last picture the game stops loading. The computer isent making any loading sounds and the game never gets further. What can I do?

Ok. I solved the loading issue. But got another one. When I play I only have about 5 min of playing time. Then I get a little icon with connection lost in the middle of the screen. And yes, I am behind a router. Could that be the problem?
