Hello i am a fairly new member to the ranks of ryzom and i am eager to find a guild that can aid me in making this experience a most enjoyable one. I dont really have the time to read all these posts on various guilds and what they are all about, so i thought i would post a small description of my expectations, values and beliefs on what kind of guild i am interested in. I don't mind being a helpful player, but i do believe that there are limits as to what degree of help i should give. I dont expect things to be free just because i am a guildmate, but i do feel that some sort of "insider" deal can be made because when it comes time for me to help another guildmate, I would expect the same. So basically i dont want to be in a guild where there are a lot of people who spam the chat begging for others to do everything for them. I am fairly new to the mainland and dont know my way around very much so i am hoping that my guild would be knowledgable in locations of mobs, lvl ranges etc. My current method of charging in first and finding out second doesnt suit me very well in most situations
Lastly i would like a guild who enjoys doing group quests, killing lots of stuff and cracking jokes while doing so
I havent done pvp very much but it would a great bonus to find people who are as eager as i am to sink my blade into other players just for the satisfaction of defeating another human and not a preprogrammed npc. I have lots of mmorpg experience and look forward to passing that influence onto my guildmates, whoever they are in the future.
