broken TP tickets and the fix =/

i have just been foraging in umbra and my bag filled up so i moved to a clear area to teleport home the teleporter didnt even start to work so i tryed it again it said i was alrdy using one i tried to move to see if i can clear whatever is causing the problem but im unable to move all i can do is turn around so i ticketed it

while waiting for the ticket i have now attracted the attention of a patrol but for some reason there unable to hit me.... waiting a while more and another comes then his 2 group of friends... so im surrounded by 4 groups of kirosta patrols.... anyone in Trench of Trials noticing these missing patrols atm im sorry i have kidnapped them... i get a reply from my ticket saying the only way to fix the problem is to relog... like im going to do that with about 50+ kirosta on my screen and more joining as i type now

i asked the guide if theres no way they can sort this bug out without me having to gain dp since there was nothing here to kill me when i first used the TP its only whats come over while im waiting for a reply for the ticket.

the guide said they would speak to a GM as guides arent able to enter the roots.... surely they cant be killed? the reply from the GM was that they dont warp people out in connection with the bugged teleporter tickets.....

so because of a yet another unfixed bug i can either stay here and wait for a reboot to clear the kirosta and maybe give me a chance of escape or i can relog get hefty death penelty when i died while waiting for the screen to load up =/

i tried messaging the gm myself but it seems he logged off so all i have left to do is relog get dp and complain about the way this situation was delt with and people wonder why so many people say the fun has gone from ryzom

the guide did all she could to help me with this situation to the limit of her powers the GM never even messaged me or spoke to me =/

Sorry I can't say anything more constructive, but while talking with a Guide I heard that "the power of Jena protects us from harm" "here at least..." So I think that the guides lose their invulnerability in places where Jena is not the dominant force...

for guides/gm to be able to help in situations nevrax need to give them a chance to help instead of restricting them i cant see how it would have done any harm for the gm to just come and warp me out since thats what they usually do with people who are stuck and cant move we shouldnt have to gain dp because of there releasing of a bugged patch =/

yup thats what i was told too but why didnt the gm come and help me instead of telling the guide to tell me to relog and if i get dp theres nothing they can do about it =/ its there problem the tickets are bugged not ours i never asked for the ticket to not work for me

The GMs can only do what they're allowed to do. If they aren't allowed to pot people for things like this, then they can't. Full stop. Just like any employee, they have rules to go by from their bosses. If they can't, well they can't.

but im not being funny the ticket prices atm are through the roof and are burning holes in peoples pockets and on top of that they dont work and may cause you to gain some dp like my situation.... some people just dont understand i guess that this is a bug and shouldnt be happening -.-

if i had put a ticket in to say i was stuck i would have been teleported out but once i had put it in as a bug ticket i was told it is too late to put it in as a stuck ticket even tho i was stuck to the ground and unable to move =/
