If you encountered a bug and sent a bug or suggestion report, you will get a message from the GM telling you that they have received it. (and it is not an automated message)

Furthermore, the response time is very fast. Shows that all your bugs reports and suggestion are actually been read by someone.

This is what astonished me the most other than the helpful players

Very good support in Ryzom.. (You won't see this in EQII or WoW because they have so many servers)
