Graphic glitches or working as intended?

Post by jonhop »

Hi,

The game runs pretty great on highest settings in any resolution on my system. Very nice game to look at and play so far, great job :)

I did wonder though, when I look at the sky, the clouds move at 1 frame a second, and also when there is a lightning storm in the desert, there is no rain.

Stupid questions but I just wondered. I have a ATI Radeon X800 and wanted to make sure everything is right.

edit: Unrelated question too, is there supposed to be music in the game, I haven't heard any yet, but I am only in hte newbie area. :)

Thanks :)

You can configure this in-game and set the granularity there as well as configure the draw distances etc (though not enough for my liking - Ryzom doesnt push my system nearly enough, let me set a higher draw distance please!).

Music is being added in stages in the patches.

Not sure about the lightening bit.

Thanks for the reply :) I changed all the graphics settings to the highest but I didnt log out and back in, I should probably log in and see if it still happens. :)

Hopefully I might hear some music when i get out of the newbie area :)
