Patch improvements FRIENDLY discusion thread :)

Heres what I think:
You can now change your hairstyles and tattoos in game from NPCs. <-- a very nice improvement, and adds to the extra content
The taunt max distance has been increased up to 25 meters. <-- good improvement, the taunt was a little short distance wise, but they havnt improved it too much, should be just about right now
More music has been added into the game. <-- another good adition, and Im asuming it has a disable option for those who dont want to listen to it. I also heard different music for different towns tho I may be wrong there.
Players have now a basic magic resistance value depending on their best skills. Jewels can modify those values. <-- good news and nessecary, as a High lvl mage myself I found it too easy to defeat a melee of a higher lvl than me in a couple of hits, hopefully the new resist system also includes resistance to affiliation like fear
You can now buy different level of Mektoub packers. <-- now they have stronger ones for higher cost who cant stand up to more, again a good adition imo
. Items price vary on the faction you have with the NPCs.
. If your fame with a NPC is too low, he will refuse to buy any of your items. <-- fame starting to be worth working for with both of these improvements, very nice
E-mail and forum services are back and running. <-- what can I say but yay?
Invulnerability and anti-magic shield are now working as intended against link spells such as Sleep, Fear ... <-- further resistance against affiliation, good
You should not experience any freeze when sending a tell for the first time anymore to another player. <-- yay no lag when someone sends me a tell no more
Camera vertical movements happened to be 'stuck' in some circumstances, this should not happen anymore. <-- happened to me often, glad its been fixed tho it wasnt too annoying
Explosions and other nasty events were occurring before the corresponding risk bars were empty. <-- good they fixed that
You can go from one continent to another with your mektoub packers. In order to do that you need to use Intercontinental teleports (if they are in "Follow" mode). Other means of teleportation (like tickets) won't teleport your mektoub. <-- just what a lot of people have been waiting for =P
The Parry Modifier is now working as intended. <-- good news
If a fighter is under a Madness spell, he is not able to dodge/parry his own attack. <-- aw no more parrying my own mindboggling 2h melee attack = no fun, but more realistic
Of course we have to wait till the maintainence is all done before we are back ingame, which I am happy to wait for because the maintainence will hopefully reduce the increased lag noticed recently
I'm also looking forward to the new boss mobs
Well looking forward to thoroughly testing it later
