okay i know that this was already posted, but people are playing and i can't seem to get on, what is the cause of this problem, is there a way to fix this?

It would really be nice to see some better error messages here. How about:

"The logon server is not responding. We apologize, please try again later."
"The logon server is currently offline. We apologize, support is addressing the issue."
