Self Heal doesnt work right now

I twice died because - Self Heal - didnt work when i clicked on it. This last time, I clicked at least 5 times and it didnt work until i died - then my health went up.

This makes me very angry, and sad.

Even if he was.. I thought the self *heals* line of skills were instant. If not, they ought to be.
