Nevrax outsourced their customer service department. I think it is called themis group. But that is why these mouth pieces dont know anything about the game.

I think he's just trying to spread hate for some reason. You guys are doing a great job at Themis, Nevrax needs to listen to y'all more and give you better info is all.

I played with someone online who said he worked for themis group, I forget if it was AO or COH. Didn't they have a contract with funcom on AO? They did a nice job there as I recall.

Umm, what has this to do with anything relevant. What IS relevant is that this game has lightning fast customer service and keeps us informed. The CSR is doing a great job ..... refreshing actually.

I agree, I think the CSR team is doing an excellent job. If you want to bash someone address the decision makers at Nevrax. But try to do it in a grown-up manner

Interesting, if they did. IMO AO is the only game to ever come close to the customer service in Ryzom.
