Duel weilding swords?

Duel weilding swords?

I'm currently weild a sword in my main hand and a dagger in my offhand bought and tried equiping another sword in my offhand but it won't let me , anyone know if its possible to use a sword in each hand and if i need skills , special shortswords or anything please?

Daggers are the only ones you can equip in the left hand.
