hangs at connecting screen

since the patch have not been able to connect to game, accept licence agreement but then get stuck on connecting screen, someone please help!!

If u have a firewall try turning it off. I had the same prob after patch and that was the cause. Hopefully, GMs will resolve it. (hopefully)!!

I am experiencing the same problem here and have no firewall...

have disabled firewall and still no connection, haven't been able to connect for 24hrs now, somebody must have some ideas

I'm having the exact same problem.

I just started the free trial, but get stuck at the connection screen.

It just says Connecting... And nothing happens.

No error msg, nothing.

Could anybody please help me with this problem?

Reset your ryzom configuration...
I got the same trouble,
I deleted every log files in ryzom folder (log.log and client.log)
I removed sounds, changed to windowed mode etc etc
I Defrag the harddrive
Then the game started

I quit, redo the configuration "as usual"
The game work.
