They are really speedy... i usually get a reply on a ingame-ticket within minutes. :)

for those that dont know an 'ingame ticket' is refering to a bugreport/petition/what ever its called in other games ^_^

and yes the customer support here is excellent, or atleast it is on the euro english server.. no idea about on the others ^_^

Actually the customer support isnt good. If they don't have an answer to yoru question they simply won't reply. SO if you ask alot of simple questions youll get quick responses.
