how's the Customer Support?

They are really speedy... i usually get a reply on a ingame-ticket within minutes.

for those that dont know an 'ingame ticket' is refering to a bugreport/petition/what ever its called in other games ^_^

and yes the customer support here is excellent, or atleast it is on the euro english server.. no idea about on the others ^_^

They are fast, curteous, but after a while when it comes to something more than a minor problem / newbie question they become fairly useless, sometimes due to not being allowed to help/ divulge often trivial information and other times due to many being less than knowledgable.

I've reported over 15 bugs and had a quick, accurate and very adequate response in less than 5 minutes each time.

Ryzom (NA SERVER) = 4k subscribers.

i've been playing since Gamespot got the game, if there has ever been more than 2k people on the NA servers at once id be surprised. Lately more like 800-1k, after the patch.... Well, both mine and my girls accounts are already canceled....

Actually the customer support isnt good. If they don't have an answer to yoru question they simply won't reply. SO if you ask alot of simple questions youll get quick responses.
