Possible to duel wield?

Hi all!

Just another info: there's a downside to dual wielding, also: you have higher stamina consumption, since the offhand attack consumes regular attack stamina (or whatever you put into the action) as well...
That's my OB experience as a dual wielder, I was fast, *real fast*, equipped with real nice daggers, stabbing down kipee with'em in fact despite of their resistance, but had to recover quite some after using too many high level attacks...
