Devs - will patch1 fix the stat bugs on equip?

Devs - will patch1 fix the stat bugs on equip?

without that fix the vendor system is almost a complete waste of time.
If we cannot see the dodge, parry etc stats on equipment then how the hell can we buy anything at all?
I want a response from a dev or mod here.
