Hi, i thought i make a post on the quality of the support in ryzom compared to many other online games support. To date i have found that the technical support team in ryzom are the fastest working and most cooperative, i mean many times after i filed a petition within a few hours i have been contacted even if it is low priority such as once it was only a query about name change.
Most other mmog game never even have a support member directly in contact with you, here u get to express your priblem directly and thus is solved in the fastest possible way :>
Id just like to say GREAT job you guys workin on this 24-7, keep up the good work, you've impressed alot of people playing the game
