The likelyhood of finding many people from europe on at 6.45am gmt are pretty rare, considering that many ppl stayed up late, cos of the weekend.

I'm usually on at that time in Tryker Land. Although I live in the UK, I get up at silly hours and play before work. My girlfriend is in the USA, and we talk on TS before she goes to bed and I go to work. Though today I went back to bed at 6:30 am lol..
