I couldn't use my friend's extra key for a friend. In fact, I bought the game and can't even register. I can't even find support to ask why.

If I could right now, I would get my money back. This is unacceptable.

The email you received was pretty clear (at least to me) that your friend would need to use your CDs to install the game. If you spend a few bucks you could still mail your friend your CDs and they would reach him in a few days.

I am sure the plan subscribed to by EVE works perfectly well, but it is not the plan that Nevrax chose, that doesn't make it a bad plan. Just different.
