I don't play it that much bout 10 hours or so a week and doing fairly well.

To be honest I don't think upon it as that much of a futuristic game to be honest, theres not really any advanced technology in the game at the moment everything is manmade and natural

Sigh. Don't listen to him. Just give it a try. In Ryzom you can run around as much as you want, see and observe animal life, or whatever you call these creatures living there. It's realistic, they have their own life. The game itself has life in it, and personally I love it. THe skill level is good, and I'm having great fun. Besides the players are really really cool and helpfull. I think you should give it a try

If you want to observe animal life go to the zoo, if you have money to the galapagos island or if you are broke watch animal planet. If you want to play a GAME wait for Wow or Guild Wars.

Obviously Raul, you did not enjoy Ryzom as much as you had hoped. This game, or any game for that matter, is not for everyone, but that does not make it crap. I know I am safe in saying that the vast majority of people who are playing the game now enjoy it, so you are in a small minority.

I'm sorry you don't enjoy playing Ryzom, but think about the last MMORPG you did enjoy. Did you enjoy reading posts by the nay-sayers claiming the game was crap? No? Then understand that those of us who enjoy the game don't enjoy your posts either.

Also, guild wars is no MMORPG, but rather a mxture of Diable 2 and NWN...

Raul, if you like an MMORPG without any life at all then that's your deal. But you have an obsession with bashing Ryzom. If it's so much "crap" to you, why even bother bashing it?

Seems like the herald cry is always some other game on the horizon of coming out. Despite the fact that those games will launch with even more bugs than games like Ryzom currently coming out.

If you're willing to pay for a game rather than just ride free betas, I think Ryzom is as good as it gets right now. Especially if you're tired of the Everquestish stuff.
