Just like to say thanks to the GM's and their response times =)

I send a complaint message thing and the personal reply was instant from a GM and they took me through the issue

Are you sure it was a GM and not a Guide? The unpaid, overworked Guides seem to be doing more and more of the responses, especially to the initial tickets...for which I give them a lot of sympathy and praise for very quick responses, especially since they're volunteers. However, I've been waiting for a response from an SGM on a ticket I sent in a week ago (that got bumped up to them with a guide's recommendation they do something) and have gotten to the point where I just am about ready to give up on it...that is not the first time real customer support from a GM (as opposed to a guide patting you on the head) has taken a week for me.

I have only good experiances whit the GMs and SGMs.

A GM / Guide appologised to me the other day for his slow response to my petition.

It took about 15 minutes. 15 hours has been a good response time in the other games I've played.

Keep it up GMs / Guides. Great job guys.

Absolutely!! So far I have only had good experiences with Guides and GMs. Can't say about SGMs since I was never in need of their help.

Only good experiences with Guides, GM's and SGM's. Sadly all my wishes / bugs / problems had to be forwarded the the developers to fix.

Oh well since it seems we will get a totally new game with Patch One maybe some of my things will be included as well.

I couldn't agree more, I was really distressed by the problem I reported (to be honest I still am) and Phea was really nice about it! In a different game I played if you reported a problem to the big cheese (he programmed the whole game) he wouldn't reply 'cause he hates the game.

yeah I agree, I have submitted many reports and the reponse has always been within 5-10 mins

Only today I issued a random suggestion for a backflip emote and it was passed on to the devs, 5 min response, 2 mins chat

Backflip emote eh? Now that I would like to see!
