Are you sure it was a GM and not a Guide? The unpaid, overworked Guides seem to be doing more and more of the responses, especially to the initial tickets...for which I give them a lot of sympathy and praise for very quick responses, especially since they're volunteers. However, I've been waiting for a response from an SGM on a ticket I sent in a week ago (that got bumped up to them with a guide's recommendation they do something) and have gotten to the point where I just am about ready to give up on it...that is not the first time real customer support from a GM (as opposed to a guide patting you on the head) has taken a week for me.joffy wrote:Just like to say thanks to the GM's and their response times =)
