Amazon & Pre-Order Key Issues

Hello everyone,
We have been made aware of some people pre-ordering through Amazon.com while under the impression they would get the pre-order item or Advanced Test Server access. Unfortunately Amazon.com decided to not participate in the pre-order program, but this was after we already announced they were part of the program.
If you did order the game through Amazon.com, prior to 9/20/2004, are in Canada or The United States, please send an email to billing-na@ryzom.com with the following information and we will be happy to take care of your pre-order key request.

Proof of Purchase Date: (Electronic Receipt or Scan of Receipt)
If you have already sent an email and are waiting a response on this specific issue, please send another with the mentioned topic. We will clear the queue of any current Amazon.com pre-order specific emails.
